This auction is an ONLINE-ONLY AUCTION. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranty expressed or implied. The auction starts going off at 7 PM on Thursday July 27. All items are located at Annie's Furniture, 426 Parris Island Gateway, Beaufort SC. The auction Closes 2 lots/min on Thursday July 27, starting at 7 PM. 

Payment will be processed by the Jarman Auction Co at the conclusion of the auction. Pick up for these items is at Annie's Furniture, 426 Parris Island Gateway, Beaufort SC.

Pick up is Saturday July 29 and Sunday July 30 @ 12 – 6 PM. THE STORE WILL BE CLOSED AFTER THE 30TH.  ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY THE 30TH WILL BE FORFEITED. We will assist customers with items, but CANNOT load vehicles... please remember to bring packing and wrapping materials and help to load large or heavy items.

Shipping is available on some items - please notify us PRIOR TO BIDDING at info@seymourauctions.com OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION on this platform's messaging system if you purchase an item that you need to have shipped.

Please CONTACT US to let us know that you need shipping.  We have many local bidders who still have out-of-town addresses, so we do not automatically ship something just because the address is not local. 

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We shall charge the actual amount using the best or most economical shipping choice in regard to the size, weight, and value of an item.  We use US Postal Service 1st Class Mail, Media Mail, and Priority Mail including flat rate boxes.  We use UPS Ground or FedEx for larger items or when the rate is a significant saving over Priority Mail.  In addition to the actual shipping price, Seymour Auctions will charge insurance and handling fees for each item packed.  Insurance fees are free for the first $50, then $1 for every $100 in total package value.  Handling fees will be a minimum of $3 up to 2 lbs, then $1 per pound up to a maximum of $50.  

 **PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY: DUE TO STORE CLOSING, ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP BY JULY 30 @ 6 PM WILL BE TREATED AS ABANDONED.  YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR OWNERSHIP WHETHER THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN PAID OR NOT.  AT THIS POINT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RE-SELL, REMOVE OR DISCARD ANY ITEM(S) THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP.  NO REFUNDS, NOR PARTIAL REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED.
